1. Service Description

Keravox is an AI-powered fan engagement platform that enables content creators to deploy automated responses on YouTube and Patreon using their published content as a knowledge base. By using Keravox, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must maintain the security of your connected platform credentials
  • You must comply with all connected platforms' terms of service (YouTube TOS, Patreon TOS)
  • You must not use Keravox to send spam, harassment, or misleading content

3. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses are generated based on your published content and voice configuration
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI responses (especially during draft mode)
  • Keravox includes mandatory FTC disclosure on first messages in conversations
  • The transparency guardrail cannot be disabled — AI always discloses its nature when asked

4. Pricing and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Usage overages (beyond your plan's monthly AI response quota) are billed at $0.01 per response
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. By using Keravox, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Ingest and process your content for RAG retrieval
  • Generate AI responses based on your content
  • Store embeddings of your content in our vector database

We do not use your content to train our models or share it with other creators.

6. Platform Compliance

Keravox operates within the official APIs and rate limits of all connected platforms. We are not responsible for changes to platform APIs, rate limits, or terms of service that may affect Keravox functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keravox is provided "as is." We are not liable for AI responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or cause harm. You are responsible for monitoring AI conversations and intervening when necessary using the creator takeover feature.

8. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
